Setting Employee Signatures in FACTS
RenWeb Staff Signature Instructions
Thankfully your Google email signature is populated automatically; however, if your role involves emailing Foundation Academy families, it’s important that you have set up your FACTS RenWeb1 email signature; you can do so as follows:

Copy the Text for your Campus’ Signature:
Plant Campus: Click this Plant Signature file
Tilden Campus: Click this Tilden Signature file
Lakeside Campus: Click this Lakeside Signature file
Click the Blue Download Button, the file will download to your computer.
Open the File - It will probably open in TextEdit, Notepad or Text
Hit the keys: CMD A to select all the text in the file (Chrome/PC: Control A)
Hit the keys: CMD C to copy all the text in the file (Chrome/PC: Control C)
Sign in to FACTS Renweb1 and visit:
https://accounts.renweb.com/dashboard/user-preferences/communications
In the email signature box, click the icon: < > to view the code view (see pic):

Click any of the code that appears, and type: CMD A (to select all; PC: Control A)
Type: CMD V (to paste the code; PC: Control A)
Click icon < > (to exit code view and see your signature)

You will need to fill in Your Name and Your Title
To edit those fields, click the second letter in the name/title (O in Your) and Type your actual name, then backspace/delete over the extraneous Content.
