Acer Warranty Repair Process
Check the Warranty Status
- Please flip the Chromebook over and enter the SNID at: https://service.acer.com/warranty/en/US
- You should be presented with the warranty status. Assuming the device is under warranty proceed with an Acer Repair below.
Start the Acer Repair
- Re-enter the SNID and the presented verification code at: https://customerselfcare.acer.com/CS2/#/
- Then click the magnifying glass.
- For Dealer Information - type CDW (and select CDW Logistics).
- Fill out your personal customer information page and toggle to accept their terms; Next.
- Complete the Problem Information page.
- Include brief details about the issue, as well as your student's password on the System Password field.
- Then select from their Failure Symptom prompts the problem that most closely describes your issue.
- Check the I accept box, and Next.
- Then Check the I'm not a Robot Box, and Submit the Claim
