Clever to Renaissance Login Issues
If students are not logging into correct student account:
- Check for student's correct login credentials in Renaissance
- Open incognito window
- Open clever as district admin
- Search for student
- Support tools > access portal as user > start portal session
- Open Renaissance Place > update login > enter correct login information as found in step 1 > save
- Test account outside of incognito window
If students do not have assigned materials:
- Check for student's account in Renaissance and ensure enrolled in the correct class by choosing the enrollment tab in the student profile
- Update enrollment as needed
- If student has two accounts, update enrollment, in Renaissance admin, for account that is logging in through Clever (use incognito window and steps 2 - 6 to view what account is being logged into
- Delete duplicate student
