Front Row Bandaid

Ladder needed.
Identify the Front Row Box in the ceiling.

Open the box with the key (Corey and Tim each have a key)

Identify the black switcher box. (Black, rectangular, if facing back of room it is on the left side most of the time)

Unplug the switcher

Count to 10.

Re-plug the switcher

count to 10

Press the "Arc" button on the right side of the switcher.

Power on the projector with the power button on the touch panel.

Select HDMI on the touch panel.

If a device is plugged into the HDMI, it should now work properly.

Note*

If the power is cycled with the power button on the projector itself or the remote for the projector it will break and the process will need to be started over again. Please ensure that you and the end user are using the buttons on the touch panel to provide and terminate power to the device.
