Gravity Forms - PDF

To view a PDF of the entry, start by signing in to the Foundation Academy website dashboard. Once there, hover over "Forms" on the left sidebar and click on the option that says "Entries". Navigate to the correct form to view the entries you are looking to download as a PDF.

Hover over the entry and an option "View PDF" will appear. Click on this option to view the entry as a PDF.

The PDF is also displayed on the entry view. Start by clicking on the entry to view more details. On the right sidebar, a section labeled PDFs will appear. You can select to either view or download the PDF from this window.
