Parent Not Able to See Updated Grades in Canvas App

The parent is likely using the Canvas STUDENT App (red icon on homepage) as opposed to the PARENT app (blue icon on homepage). I don't have a clear explanation from Canvas as to why, but the parent observer accounts do not function properly in the student app, so they must download the correct parent app and login through there. That has fixed the problem everytime - so far.
