Share a live stream from the security cameras

In the event of an emergency, you can share a current live stream of the security cameras with officials needing access. Start by signing in to the UniFi Protect console.

In the menu, select UniFi Devices and choose the camera you are needing to share a livestream from. Go to the Settings tab on the camera and expand the Share Livestream section. Check the box next to Share livestream with link. Click on the copy option to copy the link to send.

Note that only one viewer can monitor the camera on a livestream.
